犬や猫、小鳥、道ですれ違う生きものたち。お互いの気配を感じられる存在。本展では、そんな彼らの気配が漂う世界を形にした。
在廊時に愛犬や愛猫など、大切な「身近な生きもの」のドローイングを行うイベント“Neighbours Drawing”を開催。スマートフォンの写真等を見ながら、その場で小さな絵に仕上げてお渡しした。
Dogs, cats, small birds, and the creatures we pass on the street—beings whose presence we can sense. In this exhibition, we’ve brought to life a world where their presence lingers.
While I was at the gallery, I held an event called “Neighbors Drawing,” where I created drawings of visitors’ beloved pets—such as dogs and cats—and other cherished “creatures close to home.” Using photos from their smartphones as references, I completed small drawings on the spot and presented them to the participants.
